Girls Gone Wild Sued by Prostitute - Say What?
April 28th, 2008 Posted in Celebrities, Epic Fail, Scandal
The call-girl who single-handily defeated the New York government (by blowing/sexing Eliot Spitzer - high five!) is still refusing to release her death-grip on her 15 minutes of fame by suing Joe Francis, founder of the popular (and genius) Girls Gone Wild franchise. Ashley Dupré is claiming that Francis’ company exploited her name and image by re-releasing previously shot GGW material shot when she was 17, as well as using her name, and image in ads on the GGW site. People says:
The lawsuit seeks more than $10 million in damages. In legal documents, Dupré alleges that Girls Gone Wild representatives approached her while she was vacationing in Florida in 2003, offered her alcohol and cajoled her into exposing her breasts for their cameras when she was just 17 (and not of proper legal age to sign a release form allowing her to be filmed).
I’m still trying to comprehend how a prostitute is offended by nude pictures and videos being masturbated over by legions of teenage boys. The only reasonable solution I have been able to conjure up is that Ms. Dupré is in fact Tipper Gore in the greatest disguise ever created. NASA was working overtime on that shit: “The Moon? Mars?! Have you seen what we have to do?!?! Let’s see you try and make Tipper Gore look like a female human being, and a hot prostitute, only then can you chastise us for not visiting the moon in 40 years.” That’s right, the music-hating beast from the ’80s is at it again. This time she is salivating over the family-friendly, wholesome Girls Gone Wild franchise whose only dream was to get drunk college girls to flash their boobs and lez-out for t-shirts, and isn’t that what life is all about?

Wow. I didn’t even think of that. It all makes sense now.

What can I say? My detective skills are legendary. Scotland Yard wants me to join the team but when I told them I was too sexy for my shirt they said they’d have to call me back for what I assume is to take time and negotiate my contract.
