Lily Allen’s Boobs Greet the Paparazzi

Why can’t this happen to me? Say I’m out walking my dog and some chick comes over to pet it, or I take a midget and dress him up as a baby and some hot, classy chick with huge cans who’s wearing a bedsheet comes over to say how cute he is, why can’t their boobs just fall out like it’s no big deal? This is why I’m starting a petition to get Lily Allen to move to my town. By the looks of things, Ms. Allen could more than fill the quota of boobs randomly falling out.
