Nick Hogan Whines like a Bitch - Judge Slaps Him

Nick Hogan thinks that just because he doomed his friend, John Graziano, to a lifetime of assisted living he shouldn’t have to spend 8 months in solitary.  So, what was his genius plan to get himself on an even faster path to Hell you ask?  Whine like a little bitch.  The judge, however, did not agree with Hogan’s other daughter and presumable beat him with his gavel before throwing him back in his cushy cell.  In a later development - Judge proclaimed a national hero.  People reports:

A judge refused Tuesday to release Hulk Hogan’s son from solitary confinement, where the teen is serving a sentence for felony reckless driving.

In a three-sentence order, Judge Philip J. Federico denied a motion filed Monday by attorneys for Nick Bollea, 17, claiming the confinement was “cruel and unusual punishment.”

The judge did not disclose his reasons for the decision. But a court spokesman says the judge studied the motion looking for legal issues to be argued.

His attorneys say he’s spending 16 to 17 hours a day in the maximum-security cell where his food is delivered through a slot in the door, causing him “unbearable anxiety.” Bollea requested a transfer to monitored home confinement or the minimum-security area.

Ya know what else is cruel and unusual punishment?  Being in a coma for the rest of your life because your moron of a friend decided to race his stupid car while on the sauce because his mother encouraged it.  Shut the hell up you spoiled, whiny little prick.  You’re just lucky your father got rich and famous for running around in a speedo while playing make-believe with other oiled-up dudes, otherwise you’d be serving 8 years in Louisiana splitting rocks on a chain-gang in between gang rapings.
